Restyle Policy and Shipping Instructions
By purchasing a restyle service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Before Shipping Your Wig:
• The wig must be securely placed on a wig head and pinned in place using wig pins.
• It can be shipped in a bag, but I will charge for a box if sent in a bag
• Ship the wig to the address that will be provided upon purchase.
• Please insure the package for its full value and include tracking. I am not responsible for any lost packages that are not tracked or insured, and I will be unable to file a claim on your behalf.
• Once the package is shipped, please send the tracking information via email or direct message. I will confirm receipt of your wig once it arrives.
Important Notice:
If the wig arrives damaged due to shipping or is in significantly worse condition than what was shown in the photos provided, I reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the extra time required for restyling.
Failure to pay the remaining balance of the restyle fee will result in the return of the wig in an unstyled state. No refunds will be issued, as payments cover both the work completed and the materials used.
If the Wig Is Unsalvageable:
In the rare event that the wig is deemed unsalvageable, I can offer a credit toward a custom commission. You will have the option to either have the original wig returned to you or disposed of on your behalf.
Should you choose to proceed with a new wig, the remaining balance can be paid in installments if needed. I will aim to maintain the original deadline, though delays may occur depending on the availability of the new wig base. Work on the new wig will begin once payment is received in full.
