Rush Fee Policy
Rush fees are to be distributed upon my approval. If you have my wig in mind for an upcoming event, please understand the following:
Rush fees are to be charged according to the amount of time being changed, as well s which style is being requests. If it is a custom commission, your Rush Fee Request has potential to not be approved depending on the style and level of intricacy.
Rush fees are also subject depending on the availability of the base required for the style. Adjustments in color/base may be required depending on the style and is upon customer approval. If these variations are not approved, I will be unable to approve your deadline and will put you into my current production time.
If your Rush Fee is not approved and you have already purchased the wig, it is upon my discretion to cancel your order. I have my production times listed in multiple places on my website, and it is the client’s responsibility to plan accordingly. If you do not want to wait for the wig to come or will search elsewhere for a different wig, your payment is able to be transferred as a credit to another style, with my current production time.
Please note that rush fees are approved based on your location, and expedited shipping will be required for all orders upon purchase. If the incorrect shipping method is chosen, I will not be able to honor the original shipping estimates for your location based on expedited rates. I will charge the difference in cost if this happens, but if client does not pay the additional fee, I will send at the shipping time paid for.
Delays in shipping are not my responsibility. I will ship a package with enough time to arrive by your date and will manually scan the package when I drop it off. Once it is out of my hands, there is nothing I can do. Customs and other fees are at client’s expense, please keep an eye out on tracking if you are shipping internationally so you can receive the package as soon as possible.
Note: I try my best to adhere to my processing time, but there may be unaccounted situations that may alter this time frame. I do not allow cancelations of orders due to unforeseen delays, as my health and wellbeing comes above orders. You will be notified if there is a change in your processing time. If in the circumstance I miss your deadline to ship, I will refund your Rush fee rate and will send the wig out as fast as I can.

Excessive messaging about the order is not accepted, as it delays my styling time. I do not have time to answer everyone’s update questions, as I often get into conversations with clients and end up losing a couple hours out of my styling day.
If you do not agree to these term, I will happily offer you options of other commissioners.
