By ordering a custom commission, you understand the following:

Custom commissions are charged differently than other styles on my pager due to the fact I m styling something different than advertised in my shop. Custom orders begin at $225 and will go up depending on the style and level of intricacy.

I will do my best to emulate the reference photos provided, but please understand I am human and not a machine, so I cannot completely match exactly what a photo shows. There may be slight discrepancies, but the style itself will be very similar.

Please understand some styles will be rejected or need to be adjusted to match my current abilities, as I want to be able to turn out the best product possible.

Custom commissions/cap sizes are non-refundable and require a written approval the style meets our standards before shipment. If the package arrives damaged with the style damaged due to shipping or if the wig does not fit the custom cap size measurement provided to me, the wig can be fixed for free at the client’s shipping cost. Damage from wear will not be considered for this free service. If it has been damaged from wear, you can book a restyle slot and I will fit you into my processing time.

Rush fees are upon my discretion depending on the wig. If I know a wig will take more time than the event date, I will unfortunately have to reject the order as I want to put out the best product possible. I do recommend not booking an event with one of my custom commissions in mind, as a sudden change in due date may not be able to be approved depending on the style. If a due date is changed, a Rush Fee will be charged to accommodate the change of deadline.

Note: I try my best to adhere to my processing time, but there may be unaccounted situations that may alter this time frame. I do not allow cancelations of orders due to unforeseen delays, as my health and wellbeing comes above orders. You will be notified if there is a change in your processing time.

I will send WIP photos as necessary, but I unfortunately do not have the time or space to be able to show photos of your wig throughout the process, as I work on 5-6 wigs at the same time. If you have questions regarding your order status, please click this link:

Excessive messaging about the order is not accepted, as it delays my styling time. I do not have time to answer everyone’s update questions, as I often get into conversations with clients and end up losing a couple hours out of my styling day.

If you do not agree to these term, I will happily offer you options of other commissioners.
